Yup, certainly seems like a winner.

Call them and see what they say. If you have any further problems then I'm sure that SBR can assist you, but at least try to get a definitive answer from them first. Most genuine mistakes can be cleared up by merely querying them.

I just meant how hard will it be for CS to look through your account and find the relevant bet. 20 is better than 200 I guess! Surely just a mail to cs and a link to a respected live score or otherwise site (bbc.co.uk/sport is fairly highly regarded albeit by UK players, they clearly show 1-0 HT 3-1 FT as do a lot of live score sites) should do the job.

Otherwise find the URL to the German FA's results site and send that to them in your email.

All is good again, they corrected the wager and credited my acct, thank you all. This is my first foray at The Greek, I too got left at the alter with Sportsbook.com

The Greek has corrected errors for me before and they even credited my account for the mistake one time. They own up to the mistakes and I thank them for it. I would never go with sportsbook.com and BetUs because I know they are scams and the Greek isn't a scam, I have been with them even before they went online and they have been great.
