Poisson Calculator Question

I hope this is the right place for my question, although the thread is a little older. I was wondering if there is any possibility to use the "Two Variable Poisson Calculator"in Excel? I couldn't find the formulars that are coming with the "Book.xlt", so may there is another way to do this? I'm doing my own Expectations, but it is a little hard to always write the values in the box on the website for every match I compile chances for. May be someone has an idea?
