Long story short, I put in a ** request about a week ago, Friday I got a mcn # and Sat went to pick it up. Denied the 1st time, 2nd time denied. So I called the book and they say Im on a ** list, and thats the problem. So I call **, and they verified the mcn # is good, but say the sender sent the $ to themselves, and that Im not on any list. So I call the book A+ ranking and explain it to them and they cancel the ** pay out.
Of course now I get the processor excuse as far as getting $ back in my account. I wont mention the book till I see if they put the $ back Monday.
I dont see how they could make this mistake unless they used ** online and put the same sender reciever info on the form. No way you could do this in person .
So was this intentional, stalling a payout or is it possible they are that incompetant ?
