    Angels/Yankees In Game 2
    It's a little late....and a little cold in NY.

I've got the UNDER 8.5 tonight.

It's amazing how baseball gets lost on a college football Saturday. Even the ALCS.

Arch, I agree. It was one of the best playoff games of the season but it apparently wasn't a big deal to most.

Hell of a game! Thought it was going to get called because of the weather before it started so I held off betting. Then it ends up going 13 innings. I couldn't believe A-Rod hit that one out to tie it up in the 11th, I thought the Angels had it. Hopefully they step it up when they get back to Anaheim. I would hate to see them get swept after playing so hard to get to this point.

                beach nut,

The Angels need to regroup. Poor defense in both games and Fuentes failure to come thru hurt them badly in the Bronx. Hopefully they play much better in Ananheim.

I mean Fuentes is the closer and Scioscia knew who was coming up. He expected Fuentes to do his job..and he didn't. That was a crushing blow coming right after the Angels had scratched out a run to take the lead.

I'm sure you know that Fuentes did the same stuff practically the entire month of September. Putting runners on base and blowing saves. He (Fuentes) just happened to blow another one in the biggest game of his life.

                    K-Rod he ain't!
