Who else likes Ok/Texas over 53.5??

I do but have been getting burned on Totals. Should be lots of TD's with Nfl scouts deciding McCoy or Bradford. Jordan Shipley is always a threat for special team TD's.

I like the over in this game also. I see both teams passing the entire game which makes the game longer and stops the clock.

That total bothers me every time I see it. Someone is getting into the 30's in this game. Question is, what is the other one doing. Most people who roll out of bed at 11 am, are banging the over I imagine. Does 57 seem likely by game time?

I've been getting killed betting the over this season, especially the games in the 55-65 range. I don't have the exact number in front of me but in that number range, the under is hitting about 60-65%.

I also did some digging and I found a quote from a book I bought about five years ago. It helps "cool my jets" when I get tempted to go crazy on the over:

"the overs are overbet. We suggest that there is a clear preference for bettors to bet the over and the extent of the bias depends upon the volume of uninformed bettors to informed bettors and limits placed on bets in these markets".
