Sure these teams have losses to Washington and Michigan, BIG DEAL.......on paper they may indeed be the two best teams in the country(I watch ESPN and LOU HOLTZ a lot).

and how can you possibly call anything other than florida/lsu or the national championship game the game of the year?

btw usc has won something like 7 straight in this matchup so it's hardly a Rivalry game...

I have a SMALL, SMALL, SMALL lean towards the Hawkeye side...........but will not wager the game in all liklihood.

I like the value in the line at +3 and in terms of actual handicapping I think Iowas defense matches up very well against Wiskys offense.

kind of reminds me of alvarez's last home game when the badgers were -3 against iowa and kind of laid an egg.
at that time the badgers were a better team than now and iowa was worse than now imho.
so that tells you quite a bit, i would agree if you can get 3 iowa might be the side.

you really think someone out of the top 10 can play in the bcs title game? how in the world are they going to leapfrog 9 teams when almost certainly 2 of those top 10 will win out?

The Game of the Year will be Florida vs. Alabama in the SEC Championship Game.

As for regular season, I'll agree with Milwaukee Mike on Texas/Oklahoma, especially with Bradford back for Sooners.

in case you guys didn't notice, there was a pretty big hint of sarcasm from fishhead - he was pretty much repeating lou holtz's ridiculous claims that:
1) notre dame will win this game
2) notre dame is a title contender
3) claussen is near the top of the list for the heisman

holtz is almost always wrong, especially when it comes to his ridiculous notre dame bias.
