betwwts does not equal A+ book
Giving them an A+ rating is an absolute joke. I had to jump through hoops to get my first withdrawal. After that they cancelled 2 winning horse tickets and then 'lost' another winning ticket. 2 days ago I took out a withdrawal and had no problems. I tried again today and suddenly I am suppose to send all the cc stuff all over again(which I have sent about a half dozen times already). They need a downgrade. A+ implies perfection and they are far far far from it.

WWTS just doesn't impress me. I compare them to VIP and BoDog. They take no risk and make the players assume all the risk. Books like these aren't player friendly and shouldn't have A+ ratings regardless of everything else they may offer.

I had never hated a sportsbook as much as WWTS and sportsbook.com

those are the 2 crappiest books I know of.

You have known some exceptional books then. Both almost always make the right decision in the end. I think it is good your have such high standards, but even better that most of the books you play with meet this standard. Says a lot for the quality of some of the best books.

they did pay finally but I am getting sick of the delays. I have done over 100 horse bets with them and they have only cancelled 2 but both were winner and both were quarterhorse racing. Of course, it was written up as past post. What was really funny is of course I watch the races live and they had the times 2 1/2 minutes after the race was over on a 22 second race. lol lol. I actually called them up and told them their posttime was wrong and they said they would look into it and the following races caught up but they never gave me my money for winning the bets. On the missing race it was just a simple $18 bet on a 9/2 shot but the entire bet went missing. Ridiculous.

Well, they have been (and maybe still are) one of the industry leaders.
I have to agree thou, they are nowhere near books like pinny or Cris.
Those betcorp clones are a joke, i dont know why WWTS wants to be a part of that.
Same software, everything looks the same...a bookie like WWTS should have a unique lookout imo.

A+ is prolly too high, just like Bet365 or Ladbrokes. But i would give only 4 books an A+ anyway, and thats (yeah you guessed it) Pinny, Cris, Oly and Wsex.

I strong disagree. They have excellent customer service. Anytime I have had issues with a wager, they have always graded in my favor. A lot of books probably would have graded the same wagers differently.

Never had a problem with a payout. Sometimes if a book makes you jump through hoops as the original poster complained about, it is a customer service issue. Maybe someone misplaced your information.

I have to agree here...I think they are a regular A book at best, probably an A-...no re-load bonus, no reduced juice, ok software, ok customer service...5x rollover is also a lot to be able to withdraw an intial deposit bonus...I really feel like these guys think since they have been around the longest they don't need to evolve their business model...

I can only agree with what is posted here. WWTS is trying to become a "square book" it seems meaning that they should be compared to Bodog, VIP and other similar books. Even to a "square" WWTS is nowhere near as good as the other A+ "square books".

I would make the argument that the highest SBR rating a square book should be able to get is an A-. Books like VIP, WWTS, and BoDog should not be held in the same esteem and rating as Olympic, CRIS, and Pinnacle.

Bodog is a dream come true for those who like to bet on underdogs.

I went ahead and pulled all my cash out of wwts today. They cancelled a bet of mine last night claiming past post even though it was 2 mtp. The interesting part was they said postime for the 1st race was 7:29 when balmoral does not start until 7:30 and 90% of the time the tracks are 1-2 minutes late. In 19 years, 10s of thousands of races, and millions bet I have never seen a track start its day BEFORE the scheduled start of the first race.
