I am OBVIOUSLY noy meant to have an SBR mug

I relayed the story of how the pittsburgh airport shuttle employee broke the mug I got in Vegas. I order 2 more from my points. I picked them up today and guess what. One was broken into 6 pieces the other had a chip out of it but was otherwise whole. It's obvious I was not meant to have those things. The notice in the mailbox said package broken and when I picked it up, no obvious signs it was but if you shook it you knew it was done.

I'm not sure if SBR takes out insurance on stuff like that but I'll use the chipped one

Given it was shipped from Tx to Canada a littlel more packing might have been nice. Don't know if they play soccer with it it would have helped, but might have. Guess I should have ordered JJ gold googles.
