TERRELL OWENS TEAM FOR THE 2006 SEASON

        • BALTIMORE RAVENS: 10 to 1
After the debacle of him being a Raven for a few hours, and bad-mouthing them I can't imagine they would want him.

        • DALLAS COWBOYS: 20 to 1
Keyshawn will listen to Parcells; T.O. won't listen to anyone. Won't happen

        • GREEN BAY PACKERS: 11 to 1
I don't think the Green Bay faithful want to win this badly.

        • INDIANAPOLIS COLTS: 20 to 1
Should be 100-1. Never, ever will this happen.

        • MINNESOTA VIKINGS: 20 to 1
Replace one malcontent head case (Moss) with another? Sounds like something the Vikes would do.

        • NEW ORLEANS SAINTS: 20 to 1
Out of desperation to win, maybe. It would end like it has in Philly though.

        • PHILADELPHIA EAGLES: 20 to 1
If he can beat Hugh Douglas in a no-holds-barred cage match, maybe...

        • NONE: 22 to 1
I wish these were 3-2 odds, but some sucker will sign him, thinking that history won't repeat itself again. This guy is a pariah that has amazing skills. Too bad the skills are only from the neck down.

I think the most likely suitors for TO would be Seattle, Miami, and Atlanta.

I am really surprised that the Packers are there @ 11/1 even though I think TO would like to play for Green Bay and with Favre. If The Pack did get Owens, I would definitely expect Favre to come back for at least one more season so long as Sherman was still running the show which he will be at least next season.

T.O. made those comments about Favre public, so of course the book made Green Bay one of the favorites. As said earlier, the 10/1 on the Ravens puzzles me the most.

Dont think the Ravens will take him, because he refused to go there in the first place.

I know that, but why are they the favorites then? Makes no sense.

How can you blame McNabb for what happened to Owens? If anything, McNabb has shown remarkable restraint. If you want to blame anyone for T.O. being suspended then blame Hugh Douglas for apparently challenging him to a fight. Of course, the person who truly deserves the blame is T.O. himself. Sideline tantrums, public criticism of McNabb following the Super Bowl loss, holding out in the 2nd year of a contract that he agreed to, more sideline tantrums, more public criticisms of McNabb, public criticism of the Eagles (for not feeding his boundless ego when he got his 100th touchdown reception), a fight with the team's Ambassador and two hollow apologies. He's been more trouble than he's worth since arriving in Philly, and don't forget that this same pattern of behavior is what led to him leaving the Niners. We'll see this play out again with the next team foolish enough to sign him.
