CRIS Group has removed Neteller Withdrawal Option
Just spoke to their customer service, management today has removed all NETELLER Withdrawal option. And I was also told that NETELLER Deposit option will be withdrawn shortly.

Now I am stuck, for their current policy dictates that bank wire is only for withdrawal exceeding $10,000.

    now i await.............

Good Luck to anyone still using NETELLER........ more might follow suit it seems

Damn...That was a quick reaction to Neteller's demise. With this in mind, I just phoned Cris to see if they could transfer some of my balance to another sportbook, that being Greek.

They did, and it cost me $50, but the coin is out of my Cris account and hopefully will soon land on it's feet at The Greek...

Cris will send you a check. I think they are being smart by leaving neteller before the fall...

They prob dont want to cash out millions to neteller and then have neteller go under and have a bunch of pissed customers.

Only Bank Wire and Paper Check are available. I may think this decision is not limited to Neteller's current status only, as other options were removed as well...

I have an email in with them about moneybookers etc, if you read the small print on their withdrawal page, it still says NT and MB are available to non-US customers, so I wonder if it's an interim measure til they can block NT for Canadians but not the ROTW.

I assume this may be the case here. The CS girl I spoke to was 'not sure at this point', but said anyway, that this is temporary...

They removed Neteller as an option while they worked out how to offer it to non-US customers

Neteller at CRIS is already NOT available. I just chatted with CS and they said Neteller has already been turned off.

Then again, maybe it's only for Canadians.

well, i logged in again and realised that Neteller has been removed completely, both deposit and withdrawal. So I guess that's it then

Same for me. Actually I didn't have a chance to see it back again, as I logged in late night yesterday and it's been gone since.

Does anyone here have Neteller listed at this time?

this is what my friend extracted from the live chat

CS - Adrianna: well, we are making pay outs with neteller until April 9th. But you need to request it here in the chat or over the phone

with CRIS taking the lead, looks like there's more (or less rather) to come from NETeller..... Money there I am afraid won't be any good if sportsbook not going to work with them

                                thesimpleone,

I wouldn't trust their CS, yesterday they told me, that Neteller just disappeared, lol.

                                slash,

That's what I meant to say; just did not have a chance to see it back for couple of hours, as reported in this thread. (Or maybe I'm missing the fact, that "all" options went back, except Neteller.)

It's there for me right now and has already been so since this morning after being gone, together with most other options, yesterday evening.

                                    Confirmed. Neteller deposits/withdrawals reinstated.

Just a reminder of crappy CS there. It is just beyond belief how poorly trained their clerks are.
