Cincinnati is the play. USF beat 3 I-AA teams and two horrible I-A teams. The star QB is out of season. Cincinnati has the star QB playing and has beaten much better teams on the road. USF lost 5 out of 6 conference games to end the season last year with their star QB playing. They will not be ranked after this week. And why are they ranked to begin with such an easy schedule and two unimpressive wins?
