As in Windsor, Ontario? Yes, it does, however you can only do parlays and the payouts are horrible.

They do not have a sportsbook.

Casino Windsor and Casino Niagara both have an area that looks exactly like a sportsbook, but they have terminals connected to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC.ca) that takes wagers using "pro-line" (the province's version of sports betting for suckers).
