? For Moderator reference copy and paste posting?

When I copy and paste lines, standings, rosters or stats, they look good after I paste them in the reply window...but when it post it comes out all jarbled or bunched together..I do not experience this issue with the same paste at other forums. Is there a certain way to post it so it does not come out screwed up and unreadable?

Here is an example of a team roster that came out bad after I posted it....Thks in advance:
