% from rake or per player ?

Hi,
There should be a few owners of website so let me ask a question,
What is the best option to chose for website with about 5000 unique people per day ?

Now I can say that the best option for such website is to take money per player especially for betting companies but how does it look in poker ?

What are the choices? rake % is the norm but to compare you have to know the actual rake amount and % deposit amount per head.
