Well the line has dropped in favor of tulsa, which means the minority of the betters are starting to outweigh the majority who are betting on Boise St. So if the line drops to 9 or for sure 8.5 - i will follow the big money and take Tulsa. If it stays the same i prob. won't touch it. Good luck and watch for the reverse line movements!
