the guy lost arguably the best qb and rb in the country. you expected them to be good this year?

I think that will depend on how the rest of this season plays out. IF the team appears to have given up then its this year.

i think the days of firing sec coaches, who cant beat florida and alabama, are all but over. these 2 teams will rule the sec for at least another 4 years and everyone knows it. i live in memphis and tommy west rode deangelo williams to some bowl games...now the team fukking blows and needs a change...question is, who are we going to get thats better? same with uga...who you going to get thats better?

Most of Georgia's games have been close. Too close. Very doubtful they beat Florida & Georgia Tech(never say never) and I'm not sure about Auburn.

i dunno. i dont know enough about his situation or about how much he governs the offense and defense. i would look for defensive changes if they have another year like this one. i just dont know how you expect them to be good offensively after what they lost.

Richt's job is safe for at least the next couple of years, he's done too much there and his recruiting classes have been too good for him to get the axe sooner than that...look for Logan Gray to get more reps at QB the second half of the year and for them to start playing younger guys for the future...by the end of the year they should be a lot better team...

He just lost pro-quality QB and RB, he recruits well. Shouldn't have lost to Tennessee -- but then again, Crompton had the game of his entire career. I don't see Georgia letting Richt go unless he strings together consecutive losing seasons and bad recruiting classes.

From what I've heard the fans are restless and unhappy. They feel he is too nice of a guy to compete with Myers and Saban, that he lacks that killer instinct. They see their program falling behind Florida and Alabama and that makes them pissed off. Now nothing is worse than pissed off fans. That's why I think it depends on the remainder of the season.

the fans weren't happy with last years season. All the preseason hype of them contending for the national championship and they didn't get close.
