#4It's also just whoever wants to and is confident enough in his number to post. In some cases, I'll post a line where none exists at MB, but only when I have backup from somewhere else.Comment -

#5when it's early you can only do ML, as far as I see you can't open a market on a particular spread.Comment -

#8Matchbook encourages you to try and trade both sides, then others improve the offers,
Market Maker is an advanced feature that makes it easy to trade both sides of a game. Just enter your vig and base value for the top runner, and MarketMaker does the rest. Activate MarketMaker
Create requests on both sides
Enter same stake for all offers
Reload AutoStake values
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enter a base value and your desired vig %, and MarketMaker will generate bet requests for both sides of your selection.Comment -

#9during college hoops season, they'd put up an overnight line and let people make offers...I found that most times (about 85 to 90%) it gets picked up as long as you are too ridiculous with the juice you offer with it...Comment -

#10Sorry Jamie, you're wrong in this instance, though it may be a case of terminology. There are marker makers at Matchbook, though you may prefer the term "Bot arbing with other shops/exchanges". Same thing. They get a lower commission because they provide liquidity to the market.Comment -

I just wondered what stopped other people coming over the top of them, but if they are going 101% or something with another exchange I can see the point, do they have an ap then?Comment -

#14Matchbook needs what Mansion has. At Mansion you can offer many multiples of your balance if on different events. If MB had this, you'd have offers overnite.Comment
