Many will sign up for new books to see what they are all about try them out with $50 and if they like what they see put in some serious cash, I agree it helps out some who don't have much $ or should not be betting anyways also by allowing them to keep money in their pocket and be rewarded for driving traffic up through contributions and in returning getting to play with some free real money

same, i was going to take 5 dimes $100 cash for 1100 points with the 4x rollover but i got $250 for 835 with a 8x so i think its the better deal. Although bet phoenix does have a lot of stipulations with there free plays.

Cash 8x= I bet 550/500 i then have 1050 with about a 7x rollover remaining
