Can someone with juice at BetJamaica help me out

I am trying to get the transfer card form Betjam. I called for it and they are saying I need to be active for 30 days. I have had a Betjam account for 4 years. I made a Western Union deposit last week. I transferred 6K into Betjam from wagerstreet this morning.
I don't understand what they need to see from me??? I have made 25 deposits in that account. It seems a little outlandish.

Anyone that can get me card in hand gets 100 points.
