It looks like it's not a problem to open a betting account on an online casino/sportsbook & deposit money using a credit card registered in belgium, but now i heard it IS a problem if you try and withdraw yr winnings.
When i google for info, all i find is rules/laws for running online casino's/sportsbooks, but nothing on payouts.
The thing i heard was that a friend of a friend won quite big @ online poker, but when he cashed his winnings, the government came knocking at his door, telling him its illegal.
To get around this he had to transfer his winnings to a legit belgian casino & play there to make it 'ok' for belgian gambling laws.
