The same run around each time. That they are unable to provide me with a specific time frame for when I would receive my withdrawal.

Back on June 12 they sent me some bogus USPS tracking number, which has been completely worthless. All the tracking number says, and all it has ever said is:

'Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on June 12, 2007 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.'

Like I said, it has said this same thing since June 12. I guess the tracking number was suppose to make me feel better about the withdrawal, but iit has made me more mad.

Getting Paid

I requested OVER 25k on may 20th and got my first check on the 30th business day just like they said i would. the first 2 checks cleared in 1 day. the other checks were quite larger and will take a week. there still rolling in. Trust me if bodog pays me they will pay u. its not their fault, it's the stupid laws that US passed. they used to pay under a week. they will figure out a loop hole and probally eventually start doing that again.

These books you see rated A or better will pay, the problem is the U.S. government, not the book.

Bodog is actually one of the best managed sportsbooks; Although professionals don't like them, they don't have a history of stiffing player winnings and/or balances.

Just received my cashout request fedex number at exactly 20 business days... At least the gave it to me as promised... still wish there was a better way... I have a couple poker buyins left in my account (been playing elsewhere since ** was withdrawn as an cashout option) and may give them some action this weekend to make it worth while to try out the nucharge option... best of luck to everyone else...

Sounds like you are part of that lost-in-the-mail batch. Bodog's processor thinks locating these will be faster than reissuing and sending through Fedex. Did Bodog give you a bonus for the delay?

I hear ya. It is more of a gesture and suggests they care enough to give attention to individual accounts and that's what we expect. From a company standpoint the $25s are adding up.

Keep us posted. If there isn't progress with coming up with these checks we can see how fast they can get a Fedex resent.

Still waiting for my Bodog stuff and Sportsbook too...

It's just amazing to me how shady these sites can be... Sorry for not buying the "We got caught off guard by the new U.S. laws." How come these sites weren't honest about it. Or if they really wanted to "do the right thing" they would limit the number of new deposits until they caught up the backlog of withdrawals... Sportsbook.com is still advertising 2-3 weeks for a payout.

Yet this is their latest e-mail...

Update

I recieved part of my withdrawal today originally requested 6-3. The amount was over 6.5k and it came in one check. Today was business day 25. I'm still waiting on an additional 4k that should have been here today as it is the 20th business day for that withdrawal. Hopefully I'll get it before any new changes take place.

Well today is business day 43 since I made my May 9th request. Over 2 months have passed. I was told by BoDog that I would receive an update on my situation by Monday, July 9th..at the latest! Well, that day came and gone, and guess what? No update!

So over 2 months and I have no clue where my funds are, and have no clue when I will be getting them.

Man has this book gone down the tubes...You have books like BetJam, OLY, 5dimes and SBG Global haveing no problems getting their clients paid...but the supposed largest book having troubles like this...gotta make you wonder why they are rated so high.

It's important that everyone know what they are signing on for if they post up by e-check at Bodog right now.

1) e-check will take a minimum of 15 biz days to clear
2) check payout will take a minimum of 20 biz days to be sent after the e-check clears

So, if one were to post up today by e-check and win, it will be a minimum of almost two months before you can collect. Something to keep in mind.......

Nobody has successfully completed the NuCharge ACH payout yet. There have been some problems by people already on how their echeck withdrawal got declined and now they have to wait 2 weeks for their funds to return into their nucharge account. Also, it supposedly takes 30 days for the money to clear your bank account so I still think you should withdraw by courier mail if you have money tied up there. Nucharge is somewhere in England and is a fishy operation, and I'm currently having ********** issues with them.

I have a payout from June 7th for 27k. I sent them an email and they said if I don't start receiving checks by July 20th to email them back. If I get all my money by the end of the month I won't care how long it took. I guess if this money is part of your income you might need it faster, but for me it is just a bonus. I don't think they are trying to screw anyone.

Bodog finally appears to be making good with me

I got a check for 800 yesterday. I also just received another online tracking number today. I was getting worried because in another two weeks I was going to start to need the money. But I'm breathing quite a bit easier now.
