No one's taken paypal for years.
Some places still can get some credit cards to work or try a prepaid card.
Otherwise: fedex cashiers check, western union, or moneygram.Comment -

The **** gift cards worked fine for me on Bodog and Poker Stars just a few days ago
Easy to find, no forms to fill out....only "catch" is the $100 card cost $5.95 where I bought it, $50 was $4.95
But they were accepted right away when I deposited them on the sites, you make a 20% bonus at bodog until the end of the month so $100 will get you $120, less $5.95 cost....it's all good.

Dave - I would say Moneygram or bankwire would be best...fedex for withdrawals...unless you use BetJM...PM me about their withdrawals...Comment
