why does matchbook take so long to grade wagers?

I haven't noticed any lengthy delay for major sports. What game are you talking about?

He's talkin about the NFL morning games take 20 mins to grade so you cant get anything down on the afternoon games

They weren't exactly quick on the Angels/Red Sox game either, but honestly after waiting 4-5 hours for them to grade tennis wagers, it felt quite fast by comparison for it only to take 50 minutes. Kinda sad, but that was the thought that went through my head.

It's definitely an adjustment when ur used to reg books grading NFL in 2 mins or less and matchbook takes 20 mins or longer, for tennis bets and non-major sports it takes an hour or longer to get it graded

If you had a suitable bankroll, you wouldn't be betting it all at once. Hence why I never run into this problem.
