I think the score would have been worse if Brantley had played. I think Gators would have score near 30+ without such a conservative gameplan to keep SuperMan upright.

The style of the game would have been different. Tebow is starting because he is better. Brantley may have allowed them to open up the playbook more, but he very well could have turned the ball over a few times, and not had the time consuming drives that Tebow led. LSU never really had good field position the entire game. Florida could have won without him, but the style tempo and big plays in the game would have been different too. We'll never know.Comment -

I'm not so sure he was out of sync as much as it was: 1) They clearly were protecting him with their offensive calls, especially in the first half. 2) LSU played pretty well on defense last night.Originally posted by Dbldown11
