cant really judge how books do just on one game, but i will tell you that they took a beating on florida, alabama and mich.state. on the other hand, gamblers took a beating on auburn, georgia and wisconsin. it all leans towards the books winning at the end of the day. some days, like yesterday, they just dont win as much.

Utah also. That was the other one I caught a middle. (Push and a win) I had Utah -7 and bought back Col. St. at +9. It landed on 7.

The minute I heard Tebow might play on Friday, I grabbed Florida with one book and waited. When LSU went to +10 1/2, I bet it quick thinking other people would do the same and it went right back to +10 after I put it in. I think I had a 50 second window to get it in with my book.

The books got killed. The wise guys were all over LSU when the line was at 10.5 on the lead. Then they climbed all over Flroida when it want down to 7. The extremes were actually worse, with Florida going down to -6 and up to -11.5 at some Vegas Hotels. We had a nice middle on this game. I see that others did also. This was one of the rare times when Joe Pub got to se how a middle can be very profitable. Normally, you will never see this kind of action on a big game.

That's a really good point. You never see middles come in on big TV games. It's rare.
