I would agree... Obviously these are the biggest that handle US action.

Carib has solid action as does Greek

These pioneer books tend to have bigger bettors than a place like 5 dimes or Legendz

I assume that web traffic is at the very least loosely correlated with betting volume. Given that I would think that Bo Dog, Sportsbook.Com, and Bet Us are all high on the list.
