Why is Bookmaker/DSI Doing Transfers with Cascade?

We transfer to: Bet First Class, 5 Dimes, Bet Jamaica, Betehorse, Cascade (we do transfers to them, they do not transfer funds to us), Catalina, First Fidelity, Grande, Hollywood , Instant Action, Jazz/ABC Islands, Matchbook, Olympic/The Greek, Pinnacle ), Tradewins, Vegas Vic / BetVegas, WSEX (Not for DSI).

To me it is hard to believe that all the profits from the theft going to cascade, someone on the take.

Obviously they don't give a shit about their customers that they would transfer your money to a place where it will never be seen again.
