I kept looking but I think I deleted the email. I did save the picture he sent with it however. I guess he works with a group of local high school kids and they all get together to make holiday crafts. I swear, this fukin' guy will do anything for money.

No, but I will save you the time in waiting for his response. I know exactly what he will say. You need four things:

tissue
blow pop
3 inches of yarn
black marker

Put the tissue over the blow pop and tie the tissue underneath the sucker and then draw scary ghost eyes and mouth with the marker.

I think some of the high school kids are "special needs". Sometimes that's the best they can do. I think he said in his email that he pays them $2.50/hour and sells the wreaths for $30.
