How is their customer service?
How long does it take for them to process your withdrawal from the time you request it?
Have you had any trouble getting a withdrawal processed?

On those items you asked about they are avg to above avg. Staying up and running are (were) their main problems

Still a must have book if you use 3-4 outs

I would quit sports betting if it weren't for Matchbook. True, they have had some uptime issues lately; I am guessing some of problems were largely out of their control - but the lines and the systems that I can play there are straight up gold. I wish there were a couple more big exchanges available to US players - shopping around exchanges for the best prices would be heaven. Payouts are very acceptable timewise...
