Do you know what books will be participating and what the official exchange rate will be?

The SBR guys think all the books will participate eventually. You will see SBR work with Bookmaker and 5Dimes off the bat and when it is all smooth then offer it to any book who wants to participate. Pretty much all of them.

I think 360-400 or so is equal to $50. May vary a little depending on the book.
