Generally you should trust the forums more than the sbr ratings. Not that Bestline is a bad book, but some books are very very overrated.

I think this book is probably a little under rated. We have always been cautious of books in Panama since the BetPanam collapse. Plus, its not easy for us to visit a country that only has two quality books.

We continue to get good feedback on these guys. They have a new facility and are certainly trying to do things right.

Isn't this the book that was bought by a former BOS executive?

            Yes.

A friend of mine used BLS book for about 2 weeks...they paid him via FedEx no problems. I suggested to him that due to the downfall of neteller and pinnacle it wasn't really the best time to use books that weren't proven. I suggested CRIS/Olympic and their sister sites. He was paid with no hassle though...

There is a connection to the old BoS. He left several years ago and opened Bestlines a couple of years ago. A good guy but he won't deal to real sharp action.

If you look in the promo section, they give you a choice of a bonus or nickel juice for online betting when you first sign up.

With -105 style pricing, Bestline is offering what are generally referred to as dime lines.

Not at all. Given that on its website Bestline is referring to a -110 line set as "10% juice", referring to a -105 line set at "nickel juice" is consistent with Bestline's terminology, even if nonstandard.

                          They've been upgraded to B haven't they?

I am going to take a shot with their Racebook. 7% rebate on internet bets is pretty damn good. Very similar to Pinnacle's rebate program. Only Bookmaker-CRIS has a better rebate-8% and that's only on internet exotics (3%WPS).

I'd really appreciate a report back after you've test driven their horse book. Watch for the fine print on that rebate.

One thing I don't like about this book is they seem all over the map with their concept/business plan. They want the casual player so they offer reduced juice? They are acting like Pinnacle but their pedigree is BoS.

To their credit, they are trying very hard to reach critical mass. Good work ethic and a trustworthy hand shake are two attributes that rate very high.

Watch the fine print on payout limits. If I could remember correctly, they are poor. If I'm wrong, I stand corrected. Nothing beats hitting a $1,000 pick 4 only to receive $250.

Come on John, just take the Tica bus to Panama City from San Jose. I did it once. It was only about 20 of the worst hours of my life.

                                  robmpink,

They pay full track odds on win and exacta and up to 500-1 on 3+ horse bets. They don't have any bet limits posted, only a net profit per race limit which looks like it was copied from Pinnacle.

LOL. I had a mental lapse of slight retardation when I got caught in Miami and needed a one way to San Antonio. I figured, wtf, I'll take the Greyhound. Fuk. That suked the grande chrizo. I can only imagine what SJ to Panama City would be like. Although sometimes you can pick up chicks. Still sux big time.

I think we promised them a visit in the next month or two. I'll be on Taca though .

I hate to say it but Royal's reduced juice is the best one offered outside of the exchanges.. Their reduced juice is as close to Pinny. as their is... BSL is good but it's only GAME sides and totals.. Royal is halfs games ....on everything...and they move their lines to where you can get + odds on the other side...

You have to wait in line to receive Western Union or Money Gram.
Every time I request a money transfer, they always tell me I will get my money transfer when the slot is open.

Then again, I always get it the next day. I still play there, but I'm still very skeptical of this place. I guess the -105 keeps me there despite that I still don't trust Best Line 100%.
