Game 6 of 1986 NLCS was probably the best I've ever seen, but that was a long time ago... I'm sure if I thought long enough about it, I could come up with a few others. Helluva game tonight though.

LIve and in person. Way back around 85 jimmy key vs dan petrie..... exhibition stadium they both pitched no hitters going into the 8th inning...... sweet game.... the chick I was with said I watched baseball before and why aren't there ppl on base.

World Series 2001, Game 7 - Far superior on so many levels. I ditched this game before the end in favour of watching Sun Belt pigskin.

Yes absolutely great game...possibly the first baseball game I've watched all the way through this year.

It's still too painful to think about. All those missed chances by the Tigers. Some great plays by Inge wasted. The emotional roller coaster of extra innings.

In a month or so I'll look back on this as a classic. For now, I'm burning my playoff tickets and moving on with my life.

Definitely ranks up there with the great games I've watched over the last five decades, including Game 6 of the '75 Series and Game 7 in 1991 as far as games I watched on TV. Still have to rank some that I've seen in person above those (like Games 3-4-5 of the '80 NLCS to start with). Hope that was just the beginning of great October baseball to come.

Definitely a great game to watch, but I can't say it's one of the best I've ever seen. The playoffs bring out some DAMN GOOD BASEBALL!!! .... and it all starts TODAY!! Let's make some money!!
