Favre stood back there and picked his nose on his very, very inflated head.
Try moving to avoid sacks if you know your O line is trash and get rid of the ball faster, try not hitting the ground the moment a defender touches your shoe everytime, try throwin the ball away rather than getting sacked for drive ending 12 yrd losses and game ending safeties every time

"Rodgers would be the best QB in the NFL, if he had time to throw the ball." - Charles Woodson + Donald Driver

..ANd i completely agree, ...look at the game he had Monday night, with absolutely no offensive line, what so ever. He was rushed off the edge every play. And on top of that, had a dropped pass in the endzone on 4th and goal.

In his 2nd year as a starter he's a stud, and will be a top 5 QB for years to come..

        You're right...he sucks.

Favre would have done all of the above and more.

I won't jump on the Favre bashing bandwagon. Favre is a legend. Deal with it.

I agree that Rogers has shown great poise, leadership and general ability at QB. Some things that bother me is his inability to win close games. Look at all year last year as well as this year. I know this year's games are tougher to pin on him because the offense around him has let him down in spots. He has been showing improvement, so he gets a pass from me. But I do have the fear in the back of my mind that all he's doing is putting up great fantasy numbers to this point in his career. Time will tell. Wins and losses will tell the story. So far the jury is out on Rogers in terms of wins & losses.

Favre is the best QB ever, according to the stats, but you clearly indicate that 'fantasy numbers' aren't the most important factor. If winning is the most important criteria, Favre also has the same number of championships as Mark Rypien and Trent Dilfer.

But of course Favre is a legend and maybe the GOAT, the point above being, neither solely stats nor only winning makes up the entire picture when you are talking about greatness.

Rodgers is clearly and by consensus a better quarterback than Favre NOW, which is irrelevant anyway. He is a franchise quarterback any team would love to have but for about 5 or 6 right now. He is also not a dishonest, self-centered, egomaniac.

He's had 20 starts, the same as Tavaris Jackson as the pointed out on MNF, so of course the jury is still out.

BTW, there have been many great quarterbacks who have never won a Superbowl - or even had a winning record.
