    5Dimes bonus Question
I deposited $400 to 5Dimes today for their $200 bonus, but was surprised to learn that you don't get the $200 bonus until you've wagered 5x$400=$2000. No big deal, I'll get that done.

I'm just wondering when you do get the bonus, is it cash, or is it a free play type thing where the stake is not returned?

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Pete'
Pete: Good Evening. How may I assist you?
      Me: Good evening M. Pete
      Me: I have a question
      Pete: go ahead
Me: I will probably make a deposit ($400) in a couple of days for your $200 bonus. I am wondering when i get the bonus, is it cash, or is it a free play type thing where the stake is not returned?
      Pete: it's a freeplay
      Me: ok
Pete: the bonus is given to you
      Pete: so basically
Pete: once you have played $2000 worth of bets
Pete: you are awarded the bonus
      Me: ok
      Me: understood
Pete: you also need to claim the bonus once you have made the deposit
Pete: you have 24 hours to do so from the time in which the funds have been credited
      Me: allright
Me: thanks for the detailed answer
      Me: have a good night
      Pete: You're welcome
Pete: any other questions please let us know
      Pete: Have a great evening!
      Me: I will
      Me: thanks!
      Me: Bye

Cool. I knew about the live chat feature, but I actually didn't want to ask support, I don't want to sound too knowledgeable.

Is it like the freeplays on BETUS whereby you can only bet on like +140 (You can't bet +175 or +200 with BETUS Freeplay money)

no restrictions on odds here. +900 will be just fine.

Make sure you use it on dogs as the original stake is not returned.

Yeah, I applied for the $200 bonus today. I had accidentally created 2 5Dimes accounts so they fixed it up for me. Customer Service is very good. Now the only problem is I have to wager $2000 without busting my $400 initial deposit, but they said I can redeposit if I bust in order to chase after that $200 freeplay SNR bet.

And the $2000 WR does not reset on the new deposit? How much do you have to put back in to keep going? If you bust out at $1995, can you put in $5 and collect, or do you have to go for $400 again?

Too many questions to ask and ways this could go wrong - just hope you never have to deal with Tony.
