I won the NFL Pool this week

Have tonight's game boxed.

Spent $160. Cowboys were on the other two $40 tickets. Could have put this on two $80 tickets as you can box four games on one ticket, more work for me and the clerk. Too much time on my hands.

The pot is usually between $500 000 and a million. I split with the other winners. No major upsets this week, so I'm not expecting a huge payout (a Packers win tonight would help a bit), but if it's over $1000 I'll do a contest here giving away $100, if it's over $2000 I'll give $200, and so on....

Taco, I know that in the large province of Ontario with proline accessible everywhere, most people spend $5 on this, needing to pick the winner of every game. Bigger players/deeper pockets have a slight advantage. Am I exploiting the disadvantaged?

Those games are boxed. It doesn't matter which team wins if you have that on your tickets.

The $662K is AFTER the OLG takes their cut (I'm pretty sure it's 40%)...that would mean players put in over a million bucks into this pool.

The payout this week is almost laughable. Will try again next week, maybe box some games with higher spreads...take a chance for a big payday.
