2betdsi sportsbook not paying my winning!

i bet on tennis wta last night, nadia petrova to win. when i check the results in the morning today, she won but when i check my winnings, my bet was cancel.

when i contact the live help online, they said call they wager line, when i called the wager line, the first thing the guy said was "you didnt lose your money whats abt it you are worried"

when i told him i can see the results that nadia petrova won, i can see the results and no one got injured, the customer service representative told me to call tomorrow morning about this.

what the hell is going on with this sportsbook? cant see a simple wager decide? lucky i caught on whats happening else i wont be getting my winnings.
