justin, what is depth charging? and what is a cosmic wedgie? i'm guessing a cosmic wedgie is when you have a huge opportunity to hit a middle.

Depth charging: betting your entire balance on a big dog (or several big dogs) in such a way that 1. you're likely to lose all your bets; and 2. when you win, the book will likely not want you around anymore. This is frequently done offshore betting your balance + bonus on a single play, preferably a dog, parlay or high paying teaser.

This method is particularly useful against books that don't profile players well, and will keep offering big re-up bonuses to lifetime losers.

Rereading my explanation, I'd better clarify.

If you have a 100k bank... Depositing 1k with a c+ book or better, and betting your balance + bonus on a 4-team 6-point teaser in NFL would be a good example. There are much higher EV ways to do it, but I might get shot (by both books and players) if I spelled it out.

He had SD +7.5 and pitss -5.5 so I'm guessing the cosmic wedgie is the chance to middle both of these and win on all sides. Most bettors have depth charged at some point. Free play bonus's that allow large dogs are frequently the target since you get probably get 80% value there.
