bingo. The chargers GM AJ Smith wants a coach that's too big of a pussy to stand up for himself. He wants a coach he can control. That's why Marty Schottenheimer was let go. Not because of his track record in the playoffs. How about this, I remember there were 4 candidates the chargers interviewed after Marty was fired. Rex Ryan, Mike Singletary, Ron Rivera, and Norv Turner. Do you think Singletary, Ryan, or Rivera would be AJ Smiths little bitch? I think not.
