It's been my experience that 95% of the time the player is the scammer although that percentage is somewhat higher at SBR.

my complaints are legit...as the clock keeps tickin away, hours go by, days go by...will I see a payout from my degenerate sportsbook? who knows, but what I do know is 2 + 2 equals 5...
