Lets say you have 6k at book A, and want to transfer 3k to book B. Book A charges $50 for this.

Could book B be persuaded to credit you the $50 charged by book A ?

    Seems worth asking for,eh ?

I never asked before Doug. I don't think it would hurt asking though, I mean whats the worst they can tell you "no".

Personally, I'd like to see the other books start getting on CRIS for this extortionary practice.

It's not just CRIS, but something like one a month free, then $25 for more is within reason.

WSEX is just as bad as CRIS in this area. They transfer to Matchbook free, the only other one they will do is Greek ( $50 fee).

I tried to see if Greek would re-imburse $50 to get the transfer ( on 3k), they said NO without even checking account number.

The only bonus they will give is for online deposits. I'm not sure what method I could use online, except for pre-paid CC's.

These top books need to work together better,IMO. Money will flow both ways.

CRIS keeps calling me from some 786 number, even though I tell them not to call again. They often hang up. It's like a crank call !
