Guy Behind Me Lost His Mind at the Track
I was at the track today betting some simulcast races and this guy behind me was so fukkin out of control it was ridiculous. I actually left early because this guy was such a loose cannon and became such a disruption...

He started out pretty mild, where he was just losing a few races and getting pissed off and spewing some random verbal obscenities and whatnot... No big deal, you hear it all the time. But as the day went on he kept losing (I think he lost every fukking bet he made) and got more belligerent as the evening came on. And he was losing big money - he was betting around $200 per RACE and not cashing a fukkin thing.. He knocked his chair over and then smacked his TV at one point. And he kept saying sick shit like, "I hope that fukkin jockey dies of CANCER" and, "I hope a fukkin bomb goes off in the winners circle and kills his fukkin family." And, "They should have burned that motherfukker on the cross when they had the chance years ago," etc... etc.. sick shit...

He ended up losing ALL of his money and had this conversation with his friend:

Sick Fukk: "I lost again... I'm gonna have to rob someone tonight..."
Friend: "This is why you're always in jail -- you can't control your fukkin temper."

I started to pack my stuff up at that point. I didn't want to be anywhere around these guys. "Always in jail"?? I heard enough...

And then the Sick Fukk came out with: "My girlfriend gave me this money to hold for her, but I can't bet it - I just can't."

Well, obviously, we all know what happened next - this guy lost everything he had and ended up betting his girlfriend's money.

And he lost all of that.

The guy became all desperate and worried and the conversation with his friend was like:

Sick Fukk: "Holy shit, what am I going to do?! I lost all of my girl's money..."
    Friend: "You gotta calm down."
Sick Fukk: "I got nowhere else to turn..."
    Friend: "Relax already!!"
Sick Fukk: "She's gonna kill me or throw me out of the house...!"
Friend: "Stop with this shit - just relax; we can get the money..."
Sick Fukk (In a brilliant moment of epiphany): "You know what, FUKK her! I do enough for her as it is..... If she gives me a hard time, I'll put a bullet in her fukkin head!"

As I was getting ready to leave, he was borrowing $10 from someone nearby to bet on a 3-5 shot, which ended up winning. I was gone shortly thereafter, but I have no doubt in my mind he ended up losing everything he had in the immediate future...

I hope his girl is still alive and doesn't have a bullet in her head tonight...

I got worried when he started talking about robbing people because I'm the only guy in the simulcast center who always has a laptop, so I wanted to get the hell out of there -- I stick out like a sore thumb... And he was like 2 feet away from me. I don't have a license to carry, so I had nothing on me if he got out of line...

I can laugh about it now, since he was so fukkin unstable, but I was a bit concerned at the time and just wanted to get the fukk out of there...

That is pretty wild. Makes you wonder if the guy was for real or just showing out for those around.

I say sick shit like that all the time. Especially about cops. And I mean every word. I need counseling.

But this guy was seriously out of control... If it was you who were there we would have had a few beers and been cool, but this guy was a fukkin cocksucker...

I hope RogueScholar reads this and understands that the "sick fukk's" short temper is quite common in the world of addicted gamblers and seeps into every corner of this forum.
