Telephone Bets with betPhx is smooth

I was away from my computers today, all of them, Plus I do not like placing bets on the iPhone. Made several bets over the phone @ betPhx, very courteous & pleasant phone C/S reps. All went smooth except with a couple of outcomes.

You know, It has been awhile since I made an old fashion telephone bet off-shore.
