Hah. So I click on the Yahoo headline about the Erin Andrews nude photo scandal culprit being caught (cause, you know, she freakin hawt), and check it out -
the embedded link on the Yahoo article leads to Michael Barrett the baseball player as shown to the right.

Holy Crap. I suspect those embeds are generated automatically though, based upon words or terms that appear one after another. Might not be an adequate enough defense for Yahoo! to avoid having to come up off of a few bucks though.

I agree with you there for the actual guilty Michael Barrett, but my point was more that Michael Barrett the baseball player is not the guilty party, and that he should sue Yahoo for embedding a link to his profile in this article

He should, so that however such links are created...that process will be tightened up. I guarantee you, because of the level of interest in this story (read: the level of interest in a naked Erin Andrews), theres a few thousand people who now believe that a guy pitching for the Toronto Blue Jays was stalking Erin Andrews, rigging up her hotel room peephole somehow with a cell phone camera and recording her naked.

The vids were even more blurry than Stevek173's avatar though,

she has less than zero to be "ashamed" of.
