I checked the odds on Betfair when one of the guys here wanted to place a bet on Madrid. From memory, the European odds were something like:

Chicago 1.82
Tokyo 2.90
Rio 6-something
Madrid 13

I may be wrong (well almost certain of that) since this was from a 10 second look at Betfair a few weeks back, but they were definitely a big outsider. Not as bit as Madrid, but way behind Chicago and Tokyo.
