B1Bomber, look at POST #14 where SBR John awarded points! PLAIN and SIMPLE!!! I probably mentioned this to someone complaining like you are now after being in PT for 1 month. Not being a big wagerer, PT has been a great place for capping time outs. Oh, if you leave take JJ Gold's wise advice and don't give us a big farewell speech thread. Thank you and good luck my friend!

Sportsbook & Industry is where you'll get more substance. Players Talk is basically Private Zone, almost anything goes.

I do remember a time when most of the threads were useful and thoughtful, but the fact of the matter is that most of the thoughtful posters are gone. Mudcat doesn't post much. Neither does Halifax. Or Marc. But I don't blame the mods or SBR, I blame the UIGEA. Things changed drastically after it was passed. The online gaming climate changed and the forums have attracted a new breed of posters.

            I don't share this sentiment.

B1 had some funny lines about the FaceBook invitations, the flow of the forum will tickle some people more than others but that goes with the territory of having such a diverse community.

There are young guns here and old timers with years of experience, a little something for everyone I reckon. We should feel lucky that B1 took the time out of his day to share his feelings on the forum, whether they be positive, negative, or indifferent.
