Open Account at 5 Dimes?

How hard is it to to fund a new account with 5 Dimes? I choose them because of the SBR reviews. None of my credit cards will allow a deposit to off shore books. I use a middle man with my current book, and they cover the fees. Guess it is because I have been with them for so long. They just don't always have the best lines, or bet offers.

Planning on opening the account with $1000. Thanks.

using moneygram or western union would be the easiest way.
