SBR replaced Dave with Sam because they decided to go in a new direction in terms of content. They decided to attempt to increase revenue by giving posters handouts via SBR Points and increase posting and pageviews rather than have a guy who's only contribution to the forum was write-ups and picks (i'm not sure what he did behind the scenes), which countless other posters provided for free.

Just my opinion.
