    Instant Replay in baseball...........
boys, i think it's around the corner. NHL has it..NFL has it.. NBA has it.. MLB has to be next.. what happened in COL recently when RF dropped the ball might have been the end of no replays. it could cost someone the playoffs now.

he clearly dropped the ball and batter was called out.. had there been replay, STL probably would have won..

They should ONLY keep the ump calls on bases, and the balls/strikes the way they are now.. but everything else should now be reviewed.

What do you think? Will MLB become like the NFL? or will it stay the same?

Do you want to see instant replay in MLB or stay the same?

Prediction====== MLB will have instant replay within 3 yrs.. watch and see.

Instant replay already being used for some calls in baseball.

The official website of the Houston Astros with the most up-to-date information on news, tickets, schedule, stadium, roster, rumors, scores, and stats.

If they had it for the play Bread is referring to, it likely wouldn't have changed a thing since as I understand it that photo is from a fan in the outfield, not an official camera for broadcasting. I sorta' doubt they're going to go around the seats asking to see the shots fans may have taken on a particular play.

There is no instant replay in soccer and I love it. Referees are human beings and if they miss a call then so be it. Just because we have 50 cameras at each game it doesn't mean that every call should be perfect. I wish there was fair play instead. Why can't the player who didn't catch the ball man up and go tell the ref he cheated?

            wilfredo,

of course they will review that one cause it's a homer. only homers are reviewed.. i am only talking about outfield and infield plays too.. and runners that miss bases,or leave too early on tagging or trapped balls in the outfield..

this is very key for reviewing it.. i think they should and i think they will soon..a bad call can decide a game..
