Mods: Need some clarification about Bookmaker/DSI duel account
Every time I have asked DSI for my account in live chat they always give me my CR account number which is my bookmaker login that I got since I was originally with CRIS. So I finally just signed up for DSI for BTP because I could not deal with live chat giving me bogus info anymore. So I have 2 questions that I am hoping you can clarify for me.....

    1. Can I indeed have both a DSI and Bookmaker accounts?
    2. If i deposit and win money at DSI will I have to provide credit card verifications to them from my bookmaker deposits? The reason I stopped using bookmaker altogether was I had used a gift card there that I trashed before sending them the authorization form so it became useless to play there as I could not withdrawal if I won without that info or at the very best a huge headache. So I won't be using DSI if they will ask for documents for cards at cris/bookmaker but if they are independent of each other I am going to put some money in.

    Thanks in advance

Anytime you're using a new credit card at a sportsbook, even if it's a sister site, 9 times out of 10 you will have to do some scanning before you can withdrawal. I can think of some sportsbooks where that is not the case, though. Best bet is just to read the fine-print next to the deposit method, it will be listed there.

Thanks LOU I would just ask their help but I always get different answers, its kind of bogus that it has been well over a year since I made the deposit and it obviously cleared and was fine yet they still want an authorization form for it is there really no way to circumvent that? I hate not being able to use 1/2 most financially stable outs in the industry over a stupid $30 gift card deposit over a year ago.

Lou is right you can have accounts at DSI and BM I do.

and basicly everywhere you go to collect if you depsosit with a card they will want you to fax some paperwork in + copy of the card and ID
