The UK and Eire use different currency, Eire uses Euro's and the UK uses Sterling. Yes your credit cards will be fine in shops and in cash points (atms).

true, it does say"alot" (allot), but it is however the reality. The UK is a very violent place, and if a bunch of yank students come over here getting pissed up and being mouthy then they will be -400 to get a slapping, right or wrong its the reality.

It does seem like UK guys like to fight, one of reasons though is they are loaded all the time. I would love to see UK guys fuk with NY mob guys and end up with bullets in their fukkin heads the next day.

I know guys that go to other countries and want to start troble but are fukkin loaded with artillery, hand guns, knives, wood chucks and mini explosives. I think it is a message sender not to fuk with Americans. I knew one guy that tried and steal a UK girl from her man and the UK guy and his friends were going to jump him but the American through some type of bomb at their feet and hurt like 4 guys.

I've been to Dublin a few times. Once on Saint Patricks Day, this is a great time! I just finished up my masters so I was prob. around your age. You can act just as you would in America and you will be fine.

One thing is for certain though, you will have a blast!
